Question regarding a 1013 that I think is on my record?
I was sent to a hospital under a 1013 while there the doctors I saw deemed me ok to leave, I signed a 1012 form. I think that's the name that turned me to voluntary status. And I signed myself out does that mean my time there is considered voluntary or is it still considered involuntary on my record?

I think it's considered involuntary only if you sign a paper which clearly says you are leaving against medical advice.
