Recent symptoms of headaches, nausea, vision blur, confusion and neck pain CT scan for a non related event performed 4 months ago showed prominent CSF filled subarachnoid space at the inferior posterior portion of the posterior cranial fossa and it was found it could represent mega cisterna magna or retrocerebellar arachnoid cyst.

The findings on the scan are unlikely to be causing any of the symptoms. Your symptoms, if they are all occurring together, and are episodic, are likely migraines.
