• My urine had a reddish tinge. Could it be blood in my urine?

I saw a reddish tinge in my urine this morning. I've never seen this before, could it be traces of blood? Should I be worried? What should I do?

Is it associated with symptoms? Urine analysis will answer whether it is blood or not.

Yes, it could. You need to get a urinalysis to prove there is or isn’t blood in the urine and then go from there.

Yes, it could be blood. Blood in the urine is not normal and needs to be evaluated by a urologist.

Red or pink colored urine should be considered blood until otherwise proven through a formal urinalysis and microscopic examination.
