Right arm pain
I’m currently on no medications and for about a week now my right arm is in pain. It tingles like it fell asleep and is in pain from shoulder area all the way down to my hand.

Go to your doctor and let him/her have a look. It could be serious, but it also could be trivial. Telling the difference is what makes us doctors different from non-doctors.
