Scrotal ITD?
I am 25 years old. Please what is the best way to treat Scrotal ITD? It keeps bringing out some gel-like discharge and after about 72hrs of using Penicillin and powder absorbent, there's minimal visible improvement.

I suggest warm compresses and giving the antibiotic more time. If it isn't getting better, then go back for a different antibiotic.
