Sensitive feeling vein with swelling?
Hi, I’m a 35 year old male. I have what I think is a vein in my penis that feels firm and bumpy just underneath the skin. I don’t feel it while doing my daily activities, and it doesn’t quite hurt but feels uncomfortable when I put pressure on it. It does feel a little worse when erect as well. It also has a very mild bit of swelling on the outside of the skin. I know this seems weird but it’s been about the same for about 48 hours now. Any ideas? Does it sound like an emergency type of thing?

You should be seen by a Urologist to evaluate the condition and check the blood flow in that vein
