• Sharp burning pain on both of Thighs mostly at night

Sharp burning pain on both thighs, medication gabapentin twice daily, naproxen at night for the last year. I am 79-year-old male. I have had back surgery next surgery knee surgery

He has a spinal stenosis of Lumbar Spine and needs MRI and Xrays of Lumbar spine to make further evaluation.

Burning pain over the anterior thigh bilaterally is likely related to your back issues and due to irritation of the L2-L3 nerve root. To confirm this an MRI, EMG and physical exam would be necessary.
