• Should I get medical attention?

So I had a sterile 23 gauge needle fall into my right testicle on 10/4/21. It did move around before I could pull it out. Since then I've been having some mild pain. Not sure if I should go have it looked at. I don't appear infected on the outside. Do you think it's just internally bruised it really badly?
