• Should I go to the ER?

Yesterday, I was dizzy, I couldn't see very well, and I vomited several times. Today, my hands are "twitching." I don't have insurance so I can't just "consult a Neurologist." Should I go to the ER?

Hello,

Your symptoms require evaluation, at least by a medical doctor and possibly some work-up just in a doctor's office with basic neuro exam test for ortistatic blood pressure and pulse changes, basic blood work. If you don’t have a doctor, you may go to Urgent Care.

You definitely need help. Blood work is essential. The choices are going to an Urgent Care Walk In Center for an exam and blood testing. Or going to an ER. Or calling a physician you have seen to ask for blood testing.
