Not necessary unless advised by your Chiropractor

Best to ask the Chiropractor. My training is more in line with allopathic medicine.

I personally do not have too much experience with chiropractic adjustments for ankle pain, but if it is similar to physical therapy, then you would probably want to spend some time resting after the adjustment.

That’s a very important question. Please ask your chiropractor that question on next visit

Chiropractic adjustments will likely do very little to alleviate ankle pain, but you can try whatever modalities you like. If they work, that's awesome.

You should discus with your chiropractor doing the adjustment

Ask the chiropractor.Depends on the treatment.
