I was diagnosed with a kidney infection. I am getting treatment now. Should I stay off work with a kidney infection?

If you have fever and are on intravenous antibiotics, you should stay home till fever is down for 48 hours and you are off intravenous antibiotics.
Always ask these questions with your treating physician.
