In general yes unless the pregnant woman has allergy to the vaccine or history of Guillan-Barre syndrome in the past

Inactivated vaccine for Influenza is completely safe during pregnancy. In fact you should get inactivated vaccine during flu season in order to avoid contracting flu which may results in harmful affects on fetus.
