definitely yes. There are numerous options this days for the treatment of ADHD, incuding control and non control options (two medications) available. It will be more reasonable to obtain treatment by specialist-psychiatrist to make determination, which medications and in what dose could be more appropriate. Usually pediatrician aware about basic options, but any newest treatment modalities may not known to pediatrician or there is not that much experience with either of them,
