I have a bad allergic reaction. What should I do? Should I go to the ER for an allergic reaction?

Yes. You might need to get an epinephrine shot to prevent/stop anaphylaxis if you do not already have an Epipen.

Yes, any and all severe allergic reactions should be treated first in the ER because the reaction may progress to even more symptoms over 2-3 hours.
