• Sun Allergy?

When in the sun for longer than 5 mins, I get a headache, have difficulty breathing, and sometimes my temp goes up. I have dark brown skin. My ESR is normal (7.0), ANA/ANF is positive and on my ENA23 test I only have 3 borderline positives (PM100, RP11 and RP155)
I also have a skin problem that dermatologists aren't sure about (skin biopsy didnt give conclusive results) characterized by blisters(clear), dry skin and surface lessions (started a yr before sun allergy, still ongoing)
What could be the cause of the sun allergy?

Based on these test results, it is possible that there are some autoimmune processes occurring in the body, potentially indicating the presence of an autoimmune disorder like lupus. However, a definitive diagnosis cannot be made solely based on these results. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional who can evaluate the complete clinical picture, including symptoms and other diagnostic tests, for an accurate diagnosis and further management.
