Swallowing air and fainting?
This is the second time this has happened to me. I take a huge swig of liquid with a HUGE painful air bubble and faint.

Can you lie flat in bed?
Stretching any hollow viscus in the abdominal tract including the eosphagus can result in a vasovagal response leading to fainting. Fainting can also occur when having a bowel motion.
