Swollen Finger Pads?
Good day, I just want to ask what's the problem with my fingers pads. They are swollen and there's a mild pain when touched. I drank alcohol last night and after I woke up they are like these. Am I allergic to alcohol? And what is my condition called? TIA.

This looks like chilblains or perniosis. See your dermatologist to help confirm and treat.

There are many causes of red fingers. Recently, this condition has been associated with Covid infection (even in asymptomatic individuals), so a Covid test might be prudent.
