Swollen hand?
My left hand has been swollen, red, itching, hurts, and is hot for 4 days now.

That sounds like a hand infection. You should see a hand surgeon as soon as possible. Ignoring a hand infection can lead to very serious consequences.
Based on what symptoms you gave, it's either infected or inflamed from arthritis. You need to see a doctor preferably an orthopedic surgeon if it is not getting better.
