The left side of my neck is swollen, should I be worried?

Good Morning and yes, unilateral neck swelling is worrisome. It may represent a thyroid problem and there are certain cancers that can cause this problem as well. You should see your primary care provider ASAP and have a complete workup based on your doctor’s recommendations.
