• Taking two medications

I have a Quick question please ,??I'm ADHD, I've take 20mg Adderall for 3 years.. Now medications have changed.. ?? Is it safe to take methylphenidate and Eliquis (blood thinner)... I just wanted a second opinion

Methylphenidate interacts with many common drugs, including vasopressors (medications that raise blood pressure), blood thinners, anti-seizure drugs and SSRI antidepressants.

There is no direct contraindication between these two medications; however, there can be secondary contraindications depending upon what you're taking the blood thinner for. What is the Eliquis prescribed for?
