Experiencing right testicular pain for four years could indicate a chronic condition, most likely caused by factors like a varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum), a spermatocele (fluid-filled cyst near the testicle), chronic epididymitis, it is crucial to consult a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treatment pl

Definitely, there are several common causes for testicular pain, which require an exam to diagnose. Please schedule an appointment in clinic with me to evaluate you further.

If you dont have fever and/or chills, it may just be non-bacterial epididymitis, which I typically treat with supportive underwear and Advil for the next two weeks. If you have a fever or you have any urinary complaints, you need a urine culture and antibiotics. If you have redness, and the Testicle is warm to touch compared to the other side then I would suggest a scotal Ultrasound.
