Throat issue
My right tonsil is swollen, I'm not sure if tonsillitis or an abscess? It's red, doesn't look like pus is there but I'm not sure.

If you has a PTA (abscess) you would likely have fever. Tonsils will get swollen if you have any type of URI, like a cold. The tonsil may be swollen but PTA is pretty severe, usually can't swallow very well, and the voice sounds like you have a hot potato in your mouth.
