Throat
I have a sore throat, sore neck and jaw. I don’t have tonsils anymore but where they used to be where is medium to large white spots as well as bumps in my throat. Low grade fever.

Sounds like a viral pharyngitis. Take anti-inflammatories and say hydrated. Get some rest
