I have a severe toothache an wanted to know can I take one 800mg ibuprofen and two 500mg Tylenol together at the same time

you can but its best to alternate them because you have nothing to go to if the pain returns and you're not ready for another dosage

If I were you (considering you are a healthy adult, with no allergies or medical issues), you are better off alternating between these 2 medications and dosages every 6-8 hours and not take them together.

Yes the combination can be taken for extreme pain. However, it is temporary relief. Please follow up with a dentist ASAP so the reason for pain can be diagnosed and treated correctly.
