Tremor flap?
I saw a video that depicted tremor flap with the hands "flapping" as if they were waving goodbye to someone. What this exaggerated for effect?

Not necessarily. It can be a sign of advancing Parkinson’s or other neurological issues. Please discuss this with your provider or neurologist.
