Trying to figure out my stomach issues
I haven't been able to use the bathroom in 24+ Hours now, I've felt nauseated the last 3 days now, along with stomach pain and gas, a lack of appetite, but no diarrhea or vomiting though.

No bowel movement for 24 hours is not necessarily abnormal. The other symptoms may be related to an acute gastritis or stomach flu.
