I'm not trained in ultrasound interpretation, but my concern is why almost nothing is done since you see blood in urine for 2 months? If you were my patient, I would be interested in urine analysis and urine culture, Gynecologist consult, and kidney ultrasound and cystoscopy by urologist. If you were more advanced in age and a smoker, I would put cystoscopy as a priority.
I wish you luck and hope that you will get treatment and my concerns turned out to be less serious problem.
