• Unable to have ejaculation?

I am a 77 year old male, I am diabetic type 2, otherwise in quite good health apart from osteoarthritis in my hips and knees. Within the past 6 months or so I am no longer able to ejaculate upon orgasm. My fiance is several years younger than me & I wish that I could complete our love life as per normal. Is it normal to be unable to ejaculate at my age and can anything be done to restore the complete menu?

Anejaculation rarely comes with the aging process. Are you taking any medications?

Your diabetes - controlled or not - combined with your age has caused your situation of “loss of seminal emission fluid." There is really no way that can be restored.
