Can a UTI that turned into a kidney infection make my period late? I already took a pregnancy test and it’s negative.

Yes, any stressors on your body can affect your hormones and thus your period.
It could happen as your body is adjusting to kidney infection. It can delay your period also. Just check pregnancy test every few days. Menses should start otherwise
