Weird blemishes?
I’m getting these all over my body even my lips I’m concerned.

Difficult to tell from the photos; could be a condition called keratosis pilaris wherein the skin follicles become plugged and a bit rough. Nothing serious. A dermatologist can prescribe a lotion that should help.
