What are kidney stones made out of? How can I prevent them?
I'm nervous of kidney stones because they run in my family. What are they made out of? Is there any way to prevent them from happening?

Dehydration is a big trigger for kidney stones. You can talk to your PCP and see if some labs are needed to rule out underlying conditions that could be causing your kidney stones.
You might need to consult a urologist for that matter. Neurology does not handle that.
