What are the disadvantages of the gastric sleeve?

I want to get a gastric sleeve. What are the disadvantages of the gastric sleeve?

Micronutrient deficiency. Enlarges back to original size in 2-4 years.

This is best answered by a bariatric surgeon, but to my knowledge, the sleeve achieves less weight loss than the gastric bypass.
