I will ger lingual braces. What can you not eat with lingual braces?

With all braces it is important to not eat things that are too hard or sticky. The braces can easily be broken or damage when excessive forces are applied. Therefore try and limit the hardness of what you consume.
Eat whatever, no exceptions
Most foods are okay, although we would suggest avoiding sticky foods and chewing gum, as well as stringy/fibrous foods like celery.
