What can you not eat with sealants?
I am a 22 year old male. I want to know what can you not eat with sealants?

No limitations.
You cannot eat anything sticky. Gum, caramel, and gummy items will pull the sealants off your teeth. Sealants wear down naturally when you chew. The remaining portion of the sealant is left in the the deep grooves of your teeth. That is how sealants prevent decay.
You should be able to eat anything.
Eat whatever you like!
You can eat normally after getting sealants done.
