What causes pimples on your vagina?

I've been having pimples on my vagina and they are itching. What can I use to remove them?

This could be related to hair follicles being irritated. If you shave, then you should stop for now and possibly get an examination

Sometimes they can be ingrown hair follicles. Probably best to let your Doctor look at them for sure it is nothing else
