Cold compress Apply on the outside of your cheek to help reduce swelling.

In the mean time, if you can take Ibuprofen that may alleviate the discomfort. Try warm salt water rinses 3-5 times per day. Brush and floss your teeth. You may also put an ice pack on the outside of your face in the area of the toothache, If that does not help try warm wet compresses.
