What does the ER do for a heart attack?
I am an 18 year old male. I want to know what does the ER do for a heart attack?

Diagnostics, confirm it is only heart attack, not a dissection or other causes of pain, anti platelet treatment, blood pressure control, possibly thrombolytics.
