What does this mean?
I'm having fevers, I have bumps on the back of my tongue and muscle pains in my neck and body...I also feel dizzy sometimes.

It sounds like you could have a virus. It would be best to get looked at by a doctor or urgent care.
Sounds like a virus. I suggest if you think you might have covid to quarantine yourself and consider getting tested. If you have trouble swallowing or are not getting better, seek medical attention.
