I have gastritis and want to have a healthy diet. What foods are good for gastritis?

Foods do not cause gastritis, so a diet change will not affect gastritis either.
Make sure that a proper diagnosis has been made. Many people are told they have gastritis to explain symptoms without doing an EGD or other tests to confirm it.
