What is causing my symptoms?

Last night it felt like 1000pds on my chest. I couldn't breathe, had dizziness, started to sweat badly, and had major stomach cramps.

That sounds potentially serious. Heavy weight on chest with difficulty
breathing warrants a trip to the ED.

There are multiple reasons behind this, some being serious. I recommend you get checked by your primary care physician ASAP.
