To determine the root cause of your migraine, numbness, and bradycardia you need medical evaluation in person and testing bloodwork, eye exam, EKG, allergy testing, and physical examination. Please see a medical provider soon. A slow heart rate is called bradycardia. Migraines can be caused by several factors allergies, hormones, weather, neurological disorders or stimuli, stress, foods, odors, certain medical conditions, pregnancy, alcohol consumption, tobacco or vape use, drug use, including some over the counter medications or supplements. Bring a list of what you ate before your migraine, anything you ingested, date of your last menstruation, if youre sexually active, and report any stressors.

Hi you should go and see a doctor to rule out heart problems and cerebral vascular problems first. Best wishes Zhenzhen

Sounds like complicated migraines, other problems need to be ruled out as well. Talk to your doctor for a referral to a neurologist for further evaluation.
