Theres no single best antidepressant for stress, but SSRIs like sertraline Zoloft or escitalopram Lexapro are commonly used to help with stress and anxiety symptoms. A doctor will choose the right medication based on your specific symptoms and health. If you have any further questions or need more clarity, please consult with a psychiatrist. Hello,  Sorry to hear that you have stress.  There is no anti-stress medicine.  The antidepressant has to be prescribed by a Psychiatrist or your PCP upon evaluation.  So you would need to contact one to go through the process.  As I am a licensed psychologist I am not allowed to give you advice on medication. I would suggest go for stress management therapy.  I am licensed in FL, IN, and IL.  So in case you are in any of those states call me. Otherwise find someone in your state ASAP. Take care and remain safe.
