I have period pain and want to take painkillers. What is the best painkiller for period pains?

Not every pain medication will work for everyone the same. You can start with acetaminophen (Tylenol). If that is not working, you can switch to ibuprofen (Motrin) or naproxen (Aleve). If those (at adequate doses) do not work, you will need to see your doctor for stronger medications.
