• What is the best way to treat body odor?

I am 32 years old and recently I have been experiencing bad body odor which has suddenly started. What could be the reason and how should I get it treated?

Do body cleanse and eat whole plant based food. No processed food.

It sounds like it may be a gland issue or bad microbiome problem. You may need to stimulate your lymphatics and correct body pH.

It is important to wear loose fitting clothing especially in the summer time. As far as excessive sweating we often prescribe a special deodorant. It would be best to make an appointment with your primary care Dr.

An odor generally suggests that there is an infection somewhere. Some bacteria creates unpleasant smells. Sometimes a sinus infection or a vaginal infection (if you are female) could be likely culprits. See your doctor to explore the cause.

I would advise this patient to go in and get an evaluation by a physician given that this new, bad body odor could represent a new metabolic syndrome or condition.
