The Metalic valve is supposed to be forever the bio prosthetic ( cow /pig) typically 10-15.
The younger you are , the shorter the lifespan. If you are passed at least 65 and more so 70 , it lasts longer. If you get than 55 could be even 5 years so it’s not advised.
