I am a 38 year old male. I want to know what is the success rate of radiation therapy?

There are too many variables in order to answer that please read some of the large textbooks.
Depending on the type, location and stage of cancer. stage I squamous cell carcinoma of larynx, or cervix and carcinoma in situ of breast the cure rate is more than 90%
Radiation does not spread systemically, so it only palliates in metastatic cancer. Local effect depends on the tumor type. It may be more than 90% curative in prostate cancer and not effective in pancreatic cancer.
