What is this in my ear
I have been having several ongoing issues with my right ear for a few months. I was going to go to urgent care then I found out I lost my health insurance. I had a brand new ear spoon (never ever used anything like this) just to look in my ear and this is what I find. See photo

Your ear canal looks very irritated, ad if you have been sticking q tips in the canal. the ear drum looks health except for the bright white spot on it on the left side of the photo. this is likely a common appearance of scarring on the ear drum, but could be something more unusual.
