My eye is blood-shot red, and there's a little fungal type of white spot on the left of the white part of my eye. The light is also affecting me. What could be wrong with it?

Most probably you have severe dry eye and pinguecula. You need to have treatment of dry eye with high quality drops like Restasis and Xiidra, lubricants for nights and treatment of blepharitis if you have. See an ophthalmologist for help.

You most likely have an infectious corneal ulcer and you need to see an ophthalmologist immediately.
