I have high blood pressure. What will bring blood pressure down quickly?

Hi cutting out salt will lower it and decrease stress as much as possible. But it depends how high it is you may need medication. Why is it high in the first place lowering it quickly may not be possible it’s a long term thing. Hope that helps. LaDean LPN
