Every surgeon has a different protocol . Normally , after about 4 weeks or so.
Typically I have my patients on medicated drops for 5-7 days and artificial tears for 4-6 weeks. It is VERY important to follow the instructions of your surgeon and team to ensure effective healing

Your surgeon will give you instructions on how to use your drops and when to discontinue them.
